OOO Rantekt / Moscow
GIP GmbH has been the European agent for Moscow property developer RANTEKT Development Investment since 1 January 2009.
Rantekt is interested in establishing long-term partnerships for the Russian market and, with this in mind, is currently offering a participation in the Uliza Miklucho Maklaja project in Moscow. The financing concept for this project was given a positive rating by NH-Projektstadt, Frankfurt am Main. Even in the current difficult climate, it promises an attractive return for investors.
Rantekt is also looking for interesting real estate projects, preferably involving equity participation in first-class residential property in Germany and Western Europe.
